§1 Validity

The terms of contract upon conclusion of a contract with "Hübner Digital Tacho Service" are binding and the general terms and conditions
of business apply. The ineffectiveness of any individual condition has no effect on the other conditions of business.



§2 Data Protection

"Hübner Digital Tacho Service" reserves the right to store personal data. This data will be treated confidentially and will not be forwarded
to third parties.


§3 Procedure

- Select a Marke/Modell.

- If your model does not appear in the list, call us under: 0511 807 2337

- Then click on "zum Online-Reparaturauftrag"

- Fill out the Online-repair form and then click on "Weiter"

- Now print out the form .

- Please include the signed and/or stamped order with the instrument.

- Send us defect instruments by post or courier, in appropriate packaging.


§4 Duration

The instrument will be repaired within two hours of receipt, and returned on the same day.
Pixel errors or instrumentation lighting repairs, plus return postage, generally takes 24 hours. Pixel error repairs in our workshop, by appointment,
will be repaired within one hour.
Repair duration for navigation devices, CD / DVD players, processors – upon request.


§5 Shipping

We ship by UPS, which generally takes 24 hours. Parcels are insured for up to 500.00 euros.
The instrument will be returned in the same packaging you sent it to us in. If this packaging is insufficient, we reserve the right to replace
the packaging without prior consultation, for a fixed charge of 6.00 euros for the customer. We will not accept responsibility for damage
resulting from insufficient packaging.
In the event of damage during transport, we expect written feedback from the customer, with an exact description of the damage incurred.
We assume no liability for adherence to delivery times by the postal services or for damage caused during shipping.



§6 Limit of Liability and Packaging

We and the package delivery service assume no liability in the case of improper packaging and resulting damage during transport.
Warranty is as per legal regulations.
We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by installation or removal, or damages to devices that communicate with the instrumentation.
Costs incurred by incorrect or false information, e.g. in the repair order, will not be accepted.


§7 Loaned Equipment

We will gladly provide our commercial customers with loaned instrumentation free of charge. Private customers are not offered the loan of
equipment as a rule.


§8 Conditions of Payment

For commercial customers, payment is by invoice, and is payable within 10 consecutive days of receipt.
For private customers, shipping is only possible by cash on delivery. No C.O.D. charges apply in the case of payment in advance.


§9 Warranty

All equipment that we repair is given a warranty seal. As long as this seal is not broken, the following applies:

- 5 years warranty on pixel error repairs

- 1 year warranty on other performed repairs


§10 Pricing

All list prices apply only within Germany, are the final price without reduction, including VAT and return postage. We reserve the right in
individual cases, yet upon agreement with the customer, to set special prices.
No other costs, such as removal or installation and all associated costs, will be accepted.


§11 Conditions of Cancellation and Withdrawal

In the case of an effective cancellation, both parties are obliged to refund the services received to the full extent. In the case of breach
of the valid terms and conditions of business, the customer shall carry all resulting costs. Withdrawal is only allowed up until commencement
of repairs.


§12 - Severability Clause

Should any of the provisions of these terms and conditions of business be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the
remaining provisions remain unaffected. §13 Place of Jurisdiction

§14 Subsequent Improvement

In the case of subsequent improvements, we only accept the shipping costs, and no further costs, such as a loaned vehicle.
